* Promote skin absorption of cosmetic products & easier application of make up
* Preventative - Collagen production starts to decline around 25 years of age, decreasing approximately 1-2% per year afterwards. Skin noticeably starts to lose its elasticity in your 30’s to 40’s and particularly in the first five years of menopause when women’s skin loses around 30% of its collagen resulting in wrinkles and loose skin.
Numbing is applied for optimal comfort. The procedure is fairly superficial and most client's do not feel any pain.
There is minimal downtime without excessive peeling or scabbing for your clients. Clients will experience slight redness for 24-48 hours and are recommended to avoid make up application and exercise for at least 24 hours and prolonged sun exposure for about 2 weeks.

DISCLAIMER: Microneedling is a gray area in many states. Some have no regulations, some have limited regulations, and some may not permit the application of this procedure at all. It is the responsibility of the user to check with their local & state authorities along with their own insurance policy to ensure it is covered under the scope of their practices.
This course does cover "nano-needling" which uses the same methodology as skin needling and is widely accepted in all states, as it does not puncture the dermis and has similar beneficial effects.
